1. Shipping & Delivery Time
The delivery period starts from the date of placing the order and may vary depending on the nature of the product.
• Within Cairo and Giza: Products are delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
• Outside Cairo: Products are delivered within 12 to 14 business days.

2. Delivery Charges
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
• Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount.

3. Delivery Conditions
• Customers must provide a complete and accurate address to ensure smooth delivery.
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
• In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, holidays), customers will be notified accordingly.
• Deliveries are made during working hours (9 AM – 6 PM, excluding Fridays and public holidays).

4. Damaged or Missing Items
• If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
• We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Refund Policy
• Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes a quality inspection.
• The original purchase invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method:
 – Cash purchases: Refunds are provided in cash within 7 business days after the inspection report.
 – Card payments: Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 14 business days after the inspection report.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy
• Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product does not match the website specifications, is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
• Returns are not accepted if damage results from misuse.
• Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
